A Holiday Message
It is at this time of year we look back on all of the work the firm and its affiliates have accomplished, as well as all of the clients we have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with. As the year draws to an end, know that we do not take our professions lightly. Every day we strive to help all of our clients plan for the future by creating long term financial plans to assist in pursuing certain goals and objectives. Through our intense community involvement, we are able to speak with many prospective clients about how we can help, while always giving back to the community we operate within. It is also at this time of year that we just wanted to say “thank you.” Many of you have not only entrusted your planning needs with us, but have referred friends, family members and co-workers, so we too could help them. There is no better feeling than getting a referral from an existing client or friend, for it only reiterates to our team that we are taking care of our clients’ needs with sound advice and objective investment guidance that is worthy of sharing with someone you know. We wish you all the best in 2019!
Always Be Planning
Our planning does not end with our clients. As a firm, we are constantly striving to improve the client experience, bringing on new technology platforms to make it easier to communicate with us and adopting new processes to improve our efficiencies, while always working on ways to improve our firm’s culture and work environment. Recently the team, along with our affiliate, took a day to hold our annual offsite site year end meeting to do just that. We all shared best practices, successes, and looked at areas we could improve upon. We even took some time out to listen to an outside speaker discuss mindfulness in the offices and ways to reduce employee stress levels. As a firm, we can’t emphasize how important these meetings are for our team, our clients and the overall firm.
Annual Toy Drive
This year we hosted our Fourth Annual Toy Drive in conjunction with the Fairfield Police Department. The benefactors were the Salvation Army and the John Street Bridge organization, both operating out of Bridgeport, Connecticut. With your help, we were able to donate over 100 toys for the cause. We were overwhelmed with all of the support and are already looking forward to next year! Thank you to all who participated.
