MONECO's Year End Planning Meeting
As financial planners, your entire team at MONECO is constantly striving to meet and exceed your financial planning needs and expectations throughout the year. We make it a priority to all come together twice a year to review what is working and what we as YOUR team can improve upon. Last week we convened as a team to do just that. In the ever-changing landscape of the financial planning industry, it is imperative that we stay on top of compliance, trends and the financial markets, to ensure we are doing everything we can possibly do in empowering and educating our clients. We focused on team building, new regulations and the challenges the current market environments have dealt us all and how we can continue to provide you the best level of service we can. We conducted an investment symposium with some of our top partners to hear their forecasts and what the future may hold, improvements that can made to our current processes, staffing and continuing to build the firm's vision with all of you at the core. We wanted to take this time to reiterate that we will never stop putting your interests first and staying abreast of the rapidly changing trends in our industry and how we can adapt. Know that we are always here for you and should you have any questions at all, do not ever hesitate to reach out.

Small Business Grants
As we kick off the our theme of "small business" month this December, we first take a look at some of the grants available for all of our business owners out there. Although we do our best to support the communities we have been so fortunate to operate in for over 40 years, it is also important to highlight some of the programs available that do the same. If we can offer guidance in any way, do not hesitate to give us a call.

Rate Hike Pivot?
As we continue to monitor the current inflationary environment and how it potentially could impact your financial plan, the Federal Reserve last week seemed to be towning down the dialogue in regards to future interest rate hikes. All signs are indicating that the steps they have previously taken are beginning to work their way through our economy to slow it down. We will continue to monitor the situation and reach out with any recommendations we have.
