What is the fabled "Soft Landing"?
There is a lot of talk out there about the current level of inflation and the actions the Federal Reserve may take to bring it back under control. When the Fed starts to tighten their goal is a "soft landing." By definition a soft landing is when the Fed's actions bring inflation under control without sending the economy into a recession, but what really makes a "soft landing"?
