Team MONECO - Jose Vivero Promotion
At MONECO, we pride ourselves in having a culturally positive and diverse workplace environment. In addition, we are always striving to have a clear path for future growth for all that are part of our growing team in all functional areas. Without opportunity, teams cannot operate efficiently due to attrition and seek other employment, taking away from the overall client experience. This week we want to give an example of just that and highlight Jose Vivero. Jose joined the MONECO Team during the height of Covid. Prior to joining he worked at both Wells Fargo and Northwestern Mutual, where he began to learn the importance of long-term financial planning. Despite the adversity that joining a new team during a pandemic brought, Jose got right to work, studying for the eventual successful completion of the Certified Financial Planner ™ designation, all while supporting clients as a Senior Relationship Manger and building out & presenting financial plans.
Recently, Jose was promoted to Associate Advisor, where he will continue to play a pivotal role in working with clients to assist them in pursuing their long-term financial goals. We could not be more excited for Jose and I know all of the clients he works with share that feeling in this accomplishment. Congrats Jose and well deserved!

To all the parents out there with younger children, time to add yet another skillset to your adulting book, financial literacy and investing. In this day and age, especially with investing apps, it is important to help guide children who want to learn about, but also warn them of the risks. Community Shredding Day & Clothing Drive
Come one, come all! MONECO will be holding its annual Shredding Day on June 17th from 10:00am - 1:00pm at the 2150 Post Road office in Fairfield. The event will take place in the lower parking area, where you will be able to drive right through and if you choose, witness all of your personally identifiable information get shredded right before your very eyes. Clients, friends and members of the community are welcome to attend. We will also be partnering with a local non-profit called Save A Suit, to collect professional attire for veterans that are returning to the workforce. You won't want to miss this one! Fairfield Police Sunset 5k - Presented by MONECO Advisors
The 5th Annual Fairfield Police Sunset 5K is Presented by MONECO Advisors and will be held again this year on July 19th at 6:30P.M. All proceeds will be donated to the Fairfield Police Union Scholarship Fund & the Fairfield Police Foundation. You can run (3.1 mile) or walk (1 mile) course. We were able to increase the number of participants to 1000 this year and do expect to sell out, so don't delay, sign up today for Fairfield's most memorable night of the summer!
