Marketing Associate

MONECO Advisors is a holistic financial services firm based in Fairfield, CT offering a wide range of financial planning solutions. The Marketing Associate will work with the executive team to lead brand, brand growth, public relations, and all traditional and digital marketing efforts for MONECO. This role will serve as a key contributor to MONECO’s brand awareness growth, client growth and client retention, and has tremendous potential for growth. This person needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and commitment to personal excellence. 

This position has four primary areas of responsibility:

  • Digital Marketing: Create and execute on firm’s digital communication strategy, including weekly e-mails, daily social media posts and regular website updates.
  • Event Management: Mange the firm’s client event calendar, including quarterly webinars, periodic in person events, and more bespoke advisor experiences.
  • Brand: Work with the executive team to position the firm’s brand in its local communities. Ensure brand consistency across mediums of communications, offices, and advisors.
  • Analytics: Process and refine the marketing data we receive through our campaigns to determine future content and follow up opportunities for advisors.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Writing samples will be requested.
  • Above average skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience is required.
  • Experience filming and editing video is a plus.
  • Experience working in the financial industry is a plus
  • Experience with FMG Suite, Canva Pro, Hootsuite and a CRM system is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate efforts with team members to accomplish tasks and deliver results on time and in good order.
  • Willingness to act as an ambassador for the firm to our clients as well as others in the local community.
