Logging on to AccountView

  • Clickhere.
  • Enter your username (which will be your email) and click “Next.”
  • Enter the password you created and click “Log in.”
  • If you need us to reset your password, please contact our office.

Setting up your AccountView for the first time

  • Please expect to receive an email from MyAccountViewOnline (statements.myaccountviewonline@lplfinancial.com). The subject line will be “Please verify your email address.”(If you do not have this email, contact our office.)
  • Click the “Activate Account View Profile” link in the email.
  • Enter your username (which will be your email) and click “Continue.”
  • Enter the last four digits of your social security number, one of your account numbers, and your zip code, and click “Continue.” (If you do not know one of your account numbers, please contact our office.)
  • Create a password and click “Submit.”
  • Read and click “Agree” to the terms of use and electronic delivery of documents.
  • If you would like to enable electronic delivery of statements and other documents, click “Go Paperless.”
  • If you would like to enable electronic delivery for ALL statements, click the “Go 100% Green” button at the top. You will need to click the checkbox to “Agree” and “Continue” to save your preferences.
  • If you would like to indicate which types of documents to go paperless for, instead click the check box next to those documents and click “Agree” and “Save” to save your preferences.
  • Once complete, click the “Home” button to navigate to the home screen.
  • We recommend you save the AccountView website as a “favorite” so that you can easily access in the future.
