Nico joined MONECO as an intern in 2019 and has been working at the firm during school breaks since then. Nico is an undergraduate student at the College of William & Mary, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Before William & Mary, Nico attended Fairfield Ludlowe High School where he was the captain of the soccer team and a member of the track team.
