Paul joined MONECO in October of 2023 bringing with him over 14 years of experience in financial services. Paul has a passion for systems thinking and deciphering complex economic, demographic, and geopolitical data, their implications, connections, and consequences and translating that into wealth management strategies. He has spent the last several years as the Managing Director of Willow, building deep relationships and working closely with clients to build resilient, values aligned portfolios to weather shifting cycles. He most enjoys helping clients reach their financial goals while providing them with the peace of mind that comes from feeling protected and cared for. Paul currently holds the Certified Digital Asset Advisor (CDAA®), the Chartered Financial Manager (ChFM®), and the Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA®) designations. Paul attended the University of Hartford where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on Economics and Finance. He also attended Antioch University New England where he earned his MBA with a focus in sustainability. Paul currently resides in Dalton, MA with his wife Samantha and their three children. Paul is a member of the Stakeholder Council for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an international NGO focused on climate disclosures and corporate transparency. Paul is the Chairman of the Board for the Love of T Foundation, Inc. a non-profit organization focused on filling gaps for mental health services. Paul is also an elected member of the Central Berkshire Regional School District (CBRSD) School Committee.

Favorite thing to do outside of work: Playing with my kids, going snowboarding, growing berries, DIY projects, hiking in the woods, noodling my ukulele.
What I enjoy most about what I do: Synthesizing data to sense-make the world around me and then finding ways to thrive based on that and sharing it with others.
Biggest challenge: Filtering the ever-increasing noise while consistently honing my own discernment.
