Peter became a financial advisor in 1991. He is known for rigorously applying proactive wealth management strategies to the portfolios of his individual investors—with a focus on wealth preservation, risk management, and a strict adherence to research and market trends.
Prior to joining MONECO, Peter was a partner at Connecticut Financial Group and worked for Smith Barney and A.G. Edwards. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation through The Center for Fiduciary Studies™. This AIF® designation signifies a specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The application of this knowledge is critical to working with ERISA retirement plans, foundations, endowments and trusts. Additionally, Peter holds several registrations including Series 07, 24, and 63 through LPL Financial, and Series 65 with MONECO Advisors.
Peter lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife Tracy and two children, Jack and Lexi. In his free time, he enjoys walking his dogs and enjoys outdoor activities. He also serves as a leader with Boy Scout Troop 82 and is a Vestry member and the Treasurer of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fairfield.

Favorite part about working at MONECO: The people. I hold every MONECO employee in the highest regard and would trust any of our advisors to manage my family's finances if I were no longer able to do so.
Way to spend time outside of work: I enjoy being outdoors and taking my dogs for long walks.
Biggest challenge at MONECO: My five mile commute from home to work (and vice-versa).
Most enjoyable aspect of financial advising: I love to hear about people’s pasts, what’s important to them, and where they’re headed. It is very satisfying to help my clients develop and implement a financial plan to help them pursue their dreams.
