Rudy joined the MONECO Advisors team in January of 2021, because he saw an opportunity to work with a leading-edge firm that puts clients first. It was very important to him to find a firm that would benefit his existing clients and be a good home for future clients.  He feels the MONECO team shares his commitment to putting clients’ needs and interests first.

Rudy attended Bryant College and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a Major concentration in Finance and a Minor concentration in Economics. He later earned a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® since 1987.

He has also earned a Certificate in Long-Term Care Designation (CLTC®). Rudy feels that Long Term Care expenses are the last thing that can ruin a successful retirement. He works hard to prepare clients for the unexpected and to make sure that both spouses will be able to live comfortably.

As the former Chairman, President and Treasurer of the Financial Planning Association of CT (FPA) Fairfield County Chapter, Rudy is an active member of the financial planning profession.

Outside the office, Rudy is an avid golfer and enjoys working out and spending time relaxing with family, friends and especially his two grandsons.  Rudy grew up in Trumbull and he and his wife Janet reside in South Norwalk. Janet and Rudy enjoy spending time relaxing with family, friends and neighbors, taking care of their yard and occasionally traveling.
