Zahya Beall, AAMS®, CIMA®
Are you looking for a guide to show you the way to more confidence and certainty in how you're handling your money? As a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), my focus in partnering with you is on education. A large part of this is breaking down the confusing concepts that are pervasive in the investment industry, and turning them into digestible takeaways that you can act on.
I got my start in the business in 2004 working in a financial advisor's office to pay for my senior year at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation I spent four years working inside the life insurance operation at Lincoln Financial before being recruited to work at one of the largest investment firms in the world, Legg Mason Global Asset Management. During almost a decade there, I served in many roles, most relevant of which as an Investment Spokesperson; conducting over 300 investment workshops in 3 years around the country.
In 2018 I transitioned from coaching other financial advisors on how to help their clients, to building a practice of my own. Many of my clients are female bosses both outside and inside the home, as well as the men that love them. Our goal is simple: to help write a plan towards reaching your goals, whatever they may be - retirement, life insurance, sending children to college without debt, purchasing a home, you name it. The focus is on what's most important to you and arming you with the education, tools, and software to obtain it. Ultimately giving you more confidence and certainty that your money is working for you.
Outside of work, I live in Stamford, CT with my husband Joel and my rescue dog, Bruiser.
